Very large spacious house in the middle of wales. We uaed the house as our base for going to the "go below" activity. All bedrooms have double beds.

Great place to stay for large family/group holiday. Excellent facilities and accommodation with loads of space to get away from everyone! Good location, walking distance to town (which is a little disappointing) with supermarket, leisure centre and coffee shop. Also rail links to coast and Snowdon and easy journey to Caenarfon. Also Slate Caverns is on the doorstep.Superb property lead to a fantastic family holiday.

The house is roomy with lots of space with large outside patio which we would have used more if the weather had not been so wet! Good arrangement of bedrooms upstairs for families with children; lower ground floor bedrooms not so nice as no natural light. Bathroom facilities good.

Fantastic holiday house for our party of 10 adults, 6 children and 2 dogs to celebrate my 60th birthday! The house is great, everything you could wish for, but no WIFI, but to be fair we knew about that when we booked. However, the Kings Arms is a fabulous little pub, with WIFI, so a good excuse to go and check your emails!!! The pub is open day and night, the front door will be shut but it the pub is open, the welcome and hospitality are excellent! One of the best family holidays ever, thank you!

Had a great time, house was fantastic for the 14 of us who where there, despite the weather we enjoyed our stay. Very close to Titan zip world so perfect location for us,would book again. Only negative was no wifi so kids might moan about not being able to use their tablets etc.

Really good location, plenty of room and equipment for for the number of people. Take a black out blind if you are going with young children.

Great place for a large group, lots of space and large rooms. Lack of Wi-Fi is strange given all the other technology there. The best rooms are on the top floor, the basement ones are a bit damp. Comfy beds and good shower upstairs though.

All family members enjoyed the old quarry hospital for my dads 60th. Surprising how big the cottage was. Excellent facilities but not much in local town/area.x
