Good place to stay, cottage very clean not a detached bunglow as advertised, inadequate lighting in the garden area, smoke alarm needs removing from the kitchen as it keeps going off when cooking owners are excellent

We arrived Friday tea time and was greeted by warm and friendly staff at the reception.
The cottage is located next door to reception and the entrance to the site but it's very quiet no noise from site traffic or pedestrians.
The cottage/bungalow looks and feels new, large living/dinning room with two three seater sofas bright décor through out large kitchen with breakfast bar, three bedrooms, enclosed garden with your own personal hot tub.
Great location few minutes drive from the beach (dog friendly) and ideally located for short trips out to Snowdonia national park and all the local beaches.
We and the dogs loved our stay and hope to be back next year.
Stayed October 2016, travelled as a couple

The cottage needs some updating, such as windows and doors that were difficult to close. Decking under hot tub breaking, seems due to being emptied straight onto this. Nice Hot tub but was not fully functioning, no bubbles.
On our last day handy man came in to cut grass before we checked out & had left gate open on several occasions.
Loose floor tile in bathroom.
Out of patio door directly onto grass, which meant muddy paws coming into living room. I happen to have brought a rug with me so put this at the door to stop mud coming into room.
Swimming pool was not open even though advertised open until 30th Septmeber.

The bungalow itself was lovely, all the amenities and equipment were great. It was clean, the hot tub was fabulous and we did enjoy the stay.
However, the pictures are misleading in that it is directly connected to the reception and is not a stand alone property.
The view from the front windows include the caravan directly on front and the view from the third bedroom was of a garage which was open and in constant use during the day. To access the garage, the workman would walk down the side of the cottage and you could see him planely when you were in the hot tub.
The garden also has a massive gas tank in it, which again spoils the aesthetic.
Parking might have been OK, if it wasn't for the workman who blocked us in/out. They were always very polite and moved their vehicles, but it was a bit of an annoyance.
Finally, we paid over £100 a night for the property and for that price, I really expected a spare toilet roll.

Loved this place. Really spacious, spotlessly clean and the hot tub was amazing

Great bungalow 3 miles outside Caernarfon & a 5 min drive to beautiful Dinas Dinlle Beach.
Fully equipped with everything you need on a self catering holiday (if we're being fussy, the only thing missing was a veg peeler, but we got one for 99p from Tesco which is 5 mins away!!)
Immaculately clean & spacious throughout.
Only downside was that we restricted our searches to cottages with a 'pub within 1 mile' so we had somewhere to walk to, but there wasn't! There was a bar on-site that's open fri & sat evenings only, but we stayed Mon-Fri. There was a lovely pub called The Harp 2 miles away, but they're very small country roads with no pavement & cars flying round the bends so we didn't fancy risking it with the pram.
We would definitely stay again though, brilliant cottage & great as a base to go on day trips. Hot tub is a great bonus too!!

The pictures DO NOT show how beautiful this bungalow is, it is very spacious, every piece of kitchen equipment you want, great sized bedrooms and living space. The garden was fully enclosed, which was great as my puppy loves being outside.
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff on park. Great views of the Snowdonian Range.
