Cottage extremely well equipped; if you think ' I wonder if there is.....?' The answer is likely to be yes. Owner very happy to allow us to kept bicycle in locked outhouse. Having a pub with restaurant in easy walking distance is always a bonus.
Enclosed garden very useful for small to medium dog, large boisterous one may get over fence. Also a useful walk, constructed on a disused railway line, about 5 min walk away where I was able to let dog off lead.
There were 3 adults staying which was comfortable, much more and it could become a little cramped. There is no doubt the ceilings in the bedrooms are low as the rooms are built in the roof. The room with twin beds is easier to use. If in any doubt about the suitability of the property I would suggest studying the pictures of the property on the web. Nearest shops in Porthmadog about 6 miles away.

A beautiful well equipped cottage with everything you could possibly need, would have liked a shop close by but this is the only negative, would thoroughly recommend.

A lovely cottage which was well equipped and very clean & tidy. Located in a beautiful part of the country and within easy reach of the coast and the Snowdonia National Park. We had a lovely weeks holiday and the weather was just perfect. A superb welcome pack and you couldn't ask any more of our hosts.

Enjoyed our stay at Bwthyn Ael Y Bryn very much. The cottage has everything you need and was spotlessly clean. Nerys is lovely and has offered to post my trainers which I left behind! There is a good gastro-pub and also an Indians nearby, both excellent. I would be more than happy to stay there again.

Excellent cottage, ideally situated for the Llyn peninsula, Snowdonia etc. Very clean, extremely well equipped, friendly owners.
However a little too personal for us, with very thin walls between the cottage and the owners' house and main bedroom actually over their kitchen. The low beams in the bedrooms require a lot of stooping!

Really friendly welcome and the added bonus of chilled wine and chocolates.
Great location for tripping around North Wales. Easy to find and plenty of parking
The cottage had everything and more that you could possibly need for a self catering break.
Comfy beds and it was toasty warm.
It had a secure garden which was a great paws up from Bradley.
We really had a lovely time

Lovely well kept cottage. Spotlessly clean with everything catered for and provided. Within a short travelling distance to local attractions. Pub just down the road has excellent food and is dog friendly if you eat in the bar area. Unfortunately the weather was not on a side but plenty of books, dvds at hand. Owner very welcoming and kind. I would say accomadation would be for not more than 2 adults as downstairs space small. Would defiantly recommend.
