Great location, excellent walks from the door. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cosy cottage!

Cottage was perfect location for Festival 6 and exploring the local area. It's comfy with good size rooms and some nice features like the hottub and wood burning fire.
My reason for not giving a higher value for money is because the local property market has decided to extend the peak period for one more week to cover the festival, so prices are much higher than they used to be. You don't have a choice and for me the prices are inflated for what you get.
We enjoyed our time and would come back. The owner was friendly and helpful, though the cottage wasn't as clean as others i've stayed in (under the sofas was full of dust and a half-full dishwasher of dirty plates was left for us) though it was acceptable.
thanks
james

Hard to get key pad to work to get keys to access property and outside area needs attention hand rail on steps to property loose needs attention . Inside welcome gifts of champagne and chocolates and flowers a nice touch . Kettle filled tea bags and coffee with cups ready on a tray with milk and sugar very welcoming, also tissues and a bottle of water at every bed side nice touches. Kitchen well equiped from hand mixer to container for packed sandwiches. Powerful shower. Great views of harbour and trains . Comfortable beds , and towels for use after hot tub all provided.
Also hard to get key pad to fasten when leaving keys. Key set is too big for space available in box and it puts pressure on the lock.

Lovely place.... location and building... The outside let it down a little... overgrown and the tree are dying and dropping bits into the hot tub. I'd rather pay an etc £20 a week and have a part time gardener maintain the outside. Bathroom and shower room is very good. Kitchen etc well equipped. Lovely touch re flowers, Cava and chocolates.
