The very best thing about the house were the amazing views and table and chairs provided so you could sit outside and enjoy the weather The house is lacking in any regular maintenance with grass growing in the gutters causing water to cascade down the walls when it rains resulting in an overpowering smell of damp in some areas of the house. However I think I preferred that to the smell of urine in both the bedrooms. Imagine my horror on discovering that I had slept on a mattress which had clearly been saturated in urine at some time recently Yes it had a dishwasher if you could remember to be careful of the top basket slipping sideways , a washing machine that needed cleaning before use,and a vacuum cleaner that sounded like a jet plane engine about to take off,and a fridge that looked as though it had been rescued from the tip. The sitting room has two lovely comfy sofas and the mattresses were comfortable on all the beds It was suggested that the cleaners did not have time to check beds that were made up and peoples children wet the bed and then no one mentioned it.I think maybe that if that is the case that the cleaners need to tell their GP that they are having trouble with their sense of smell Being high on a hill getting down to the beach is quite difficult if you have mobility problems ,which should perhaps be mentioned somewhere on the property details My overall feeling was one of disappointment that such a potentially lovely holiday house was neglected and non too clean.

The cottage was very comfortable and very well equipped. However perhaps the property was a bit tied and could do with a good cleaner - we set to and cleaned the oven on arrival!

This was worst place we have ever stayed! It was unclean had food hanging off oven shelves and mould on the fridge seals. No Internet connection and dirty kitchen utensils. Cottage smelt musty. Shower leaked and floor sunk underneath. Garden was not cared for and was over grown and wooden garden furniture would of disintegrated if you sat on it And their was rats in the garden. Ended up ruining our bank holiday weekend and we came home early. Lovely view from garden that was only good point.

Great place to stay for a small family. Cottage was spacious but could do with some updating. The Wifi access is terrible and if you need to catch up at work you wil have to sit next to the first cottage outside to get any sort of signal. Great views and very quiet.

Cannot recommend this property sorry unless you like to study bugs. Very poorly maintained with only the bare minimum done in terms of cleaning and upkeep. Main issues were: Millipede infestation in the bathroom due to deteriorated flooring, lino squishes when you walk on it. Blocked gutters that drip when it rains. Good luck sleeping. We noticed the adjacent property (owned by the same guy) literally gushing water over the side when it rained. Over-grown garden, with trees partially blocking the sea view. Windows filthy inside and out! Large spider in the bedroom - with young! Damaged or temperamental door locks and fittings, Old and grotty white goods, Faulty TV (picture was green), Oven greasy and covered in cobwebs. Shame as it could be a nice property, but does need a lot of work doing to it.
