Situated in the Snowdonia region, where the mountains meet the sea, this charming holiday home offers a wonderful cottage atmosphere, seamlessly combined with modern facilities. Close by is the seaside town of Tywyn, the harbour village of Aberdovey and the Talyllyn Steam Railway – all of which provide visitors with a great day out – as well as the incredible Snowdonia National Park. Guests to this cosy cottage can also enjoy the region's excellent cycling, climbing, biking, bird watching, horse riding and golf facilities.

Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x family room with adult bunks and additional single pull-out stacker bed. Bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor WC and basin. Fitted kitchen (freestanding cooker). Conservatory with dining area and 2 comfy chairs. Cosy living room (seats 4) with some beams and coal-effect electric fire.

Storage heaters with electric fire in living room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, video, DVD, stereo/CD player. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars next to cottage. Large enclosed lawned garden with patio, summerhouse, garden furniture, children's play area, BBQ and hillside views.
