First Impressions =Wow, everything we could possibly need & more. Excellent facilities. Took a while to get here & got lost on the way. Lots to do depending on the weather. The Dutch pancake House is a must & there's loads in Llandudno. Had a fantastic time and would definitely come again. The scenery is amazing & wish I could take it back home to Newcastle!!. Thanks for a wonderful stay - the bedrooms and bathroom were like being in a luxury hotel.

Impressed with the clean well appointed accommodation in the beautiful Conwy Valley. Thank you for the welcome pack. By Jove, did it rain, but largely in the evenings and over night. We managed some walks and exploring. We hope to be back sometime in the future to explore even further. Thank you

Easter weekend has been sunny and bright but extremely cold!! Therefore this warm, cosy and very comfortable house has been perfect for us and our 2 boys aged 6 and 10. We have been to Betws, Llandudno and Snowdon and there is so much more we could have done! The house is very well equipped, spotless clean, quiet and modern. Wifi would have given us absolutely everything we\'d need. Thanks for the great stay and welcome pack on arrival. S and P Webb (Cambridgeshire)
