Rowen is a village in the Conwy Valley, Conwy County, North Wales. A peaceful village, it is set back from the primary routes through the valley, it is ideally placed for ramblers and those who like walking either the riverside walks or the upland walks with fine views of the Carneddau and the Conwy Valley itself.
As of 2010 the village still retains its Post Office and General Stores, and the Ty Gwyn public house offers fine beers, afternoon teas, and good food. In the summer of 2010 there was some good old Welsh sing songs at the Ty Gwyn on Friday nights.
