Brechfa is a village in the county of Carmarthenshire, South Wales. It sits on the B4310 south of Gwernogle, north west of Llanfynydd and north east of Llanllawddog.
Brechfa straddles the Afon Marlais, a tributary of the Cothi, and lies close to the Afon Cothi in a wooded and undulating landscape.
Brechfa Forest covers some 6500 hectares and there are many walks and mountain bike trails for you to enjoy, with horseriders welcome on the forest roads.
The village boasts a parish church, St Teilo's, a pub, the Forest Arms and a Hotel.
