Llandogo is a small village that lies in the lower stretches of the Wye Valley in Monmouthshire, South Wales. There are many trails around the area, including The Wye Valley walk that runs through the village.
The picturesque route runs 136 miles along the River Wye where you could be surprised by herons, cormorants, kingfisher and leaping salmon. From its source on the slopes of Plynlimon in Mid Wales to Chepstow where it enters the Severn Estuary, the River Wye flows through some of the most attractive and varied countryside in Britain.
