Letterston is a village in the north of the county of Pembrokeshire, southwest Wales. The village stands on the A40 road between Fishguard (some 6 miles north) and Haverfordwest (10 miles south). It lies to the east of the Western Cleddau River and to the west of the Ysgybor Mountain (232m).
Local attractions and amenities include the Jubilee Pub, the Something’s Cooking Fish and Chip Shop, a butchers shop, the Memorial Hall and playing fields, village stores, an outdoor go karting track, a news agents and confectionery shop. The Harp at Letterston is a family owned and run, family friendly pub and restaurant standing on the edge of the village.
It is a 7-mile drive to the beach at Aber Mawr where you can join up with the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. Alternatively, head north to the harbour at Fishguard, where once again you can sample the delights of the Coastal Path.
