Cross Hands Inn at Llanybydder

Can you tell me anything about the old Cross Hands Inn and Pub in Llanybydder Wales. It is located on the corner of A485 and B4337. This building was an ancestral home in the 1840\'s of Richard T and Mary Hughes Evans Jones. We visited there in 2008 and would like other family members to see it on our family trip to Llanybydder in September. The pictures online (that are dated 2009) show it in disrepair with broken windows etc. Can you give me any information or tell me who to contact. Thanks you.
