Gladstone villa, Bargoed.

I was born in 1969 and I grew up in a property called ''Gladstone villa'' which was in Cardiff road in the South of Bargoed. I lived there with my mother and my maternal grandparents as my mam and dad had divorced. We lived there until June 1978. My first school was South Bargoed infants which was just a two minute walk away from Gladstone villa. From that school I attended the Y Graig Junior school which was in Llancayo street, sadly both schools have now been demolished. My last school was Heolddu comprehensive which was originally the old Grammar school in park crescent and then I went to Heolddu on Mountain road.
