Welsh Hawking Centre in Wales

At the Welsh Hawking Centre you will see over 200 Bird of Prey including Eagles, Owls, Hawks, Falcons and Buzzards. They can be seen and photographed in the mews, weathering ground, breeding and if you are fast enough, flying! Flying Demonstrations are the most important feature of a visit to the centre. Weather permitting, birds are flown every day beginning noon. Situated in 25 acres of scenic parkland, with ample car parking, a souvenir shop, and light refreshments available in the Cafe during the Summer Season. Visitors are welcome to picnic on our tables in the large mown grass areas of the park. We also have rabbits, chickens and chicks for the young and not so young to touch, smell and feed. This is very important for children to learn to love animals in later life.....
