Herbs Vegetarian Restaurant in Bangor was established over 15 years ago, Herbs initially catered solely for vegetarians. Recently they have moved premises and have started offering menus including meat dishes. In keeping with the views of some of their traditional customers they are very careful about the sourcing of their produce and work closely with the Welsh Farmers Co-Operative of organically grown meat. Herbs also have an arrangement with www.welshpaintings.co.uk whereby you get to view the outstanding talents of local Welsh artists. They do now include meat dishes as well as vegetarian (mostly organic). The food is very good indeed and not expensive. Herbs Vegetarian Restaurant in Bangor is well worth a visit...... ....
