, Llandudno, Conwy County, Wales,
The Creuddyn Peninsula is a geographical feature in Conwy County North Wales. I note that Wikipedia and other sources define the Creuddyn Peninsula as including “the towns of Llandudno, plus Rhos-on-Sea, Deganwy and Llandudno Junction. The Great Orme lies at the end of the peninsula, and nearby is the Little Orme.”
I have to admit that I had always thought the Creuddyn peninsula consisted of the Great Orme headland and the flat sandy area, (or tombolo) on which Llandudno is built.
Hmmm seems I live on the Creuddyn peninsula!....
