There are three main mountain bike trails at Nant yr Arian all starting from the Bwlch Nant yr Arian Visitor Centre close to the village of Ponterwyd. The visitor centre is conveniently located just off the A44 in a beautiful lakeside setting.
The Nant-yr-Arian Summit Mountain Bike Trail offers fantastic views combined with awesome riding on twisty single track. The route, classed as "difficult", combines byways, bridle ways, and tracks that criss cross the mountain and skirt the lakes of Llyn Rhosgoch, Llyn Blaenmelindwr, before returning to the visitor centre.
Grade : Difficult. Distance : 10 miles, 16 km. Allow : 1.5 - 3 Hours
