Holyhead Marina is located on the north west tip of Wales on Holy Island which is itself part of the Isle of Anglesey. Holyhead and the island of Anglesey have hundreds of miles of coastline with fabulous award winning beaches. A sailor's paradise. The marina itself is a harbour of refuge which offers a central location with : 24 hour access - Safe entry in all weather conditions - Centrally placed for passages throughout the Irish Sea - Excellent transport links - Dual carriageway to UK - InterCity Rail connection - Irish Sea ferries. The Isle of Anglesey offers safe sailing waters, picturesque anchorages stunning views over Snowdonia and a fascinating history, whilst the Isle of Man & Eire are only a tide (or two) away for a long weekend. Facilities include: Power: Many pontoon fingers are provided with a 240v power supply. Water: A hose point is provided on many pontoons. Fuel: Red diesel is available during office opening hours (usually 0800 to 1800) on the Fuelling pontoon, which has in excess of 3m at LAT. Access may be restricted during lifeboat operations. Security: The marina is protected by 24 hour cctv, covering all marina berths and the harbour (if required). Pontoon access is through a code-controlled automatic gate. Repairs: Full boatyard facilities are available on site.Fitting out and full refits can be undertaken. Storage: Bookings may be made for the Marina to recover & launch boats from their pontoon berths for storage ashore. Chandlers: The ‘YachtShop’ is 'open' to berth-holders 24 hours per day. Ablutions: Showers and toilet block including individual ‘en-suite’ facilities next to the Office. Laundry. ....
