Llyn Peris is a lake in Snowdonia, North Wales, located between the northern end of the Llanberis Pass and the southern tip of Llyn Padarn. Llyn Peris stretches from the town of Llanberis to the village of Nant Peris. The medieval Dolbadarn Castle sits on the north west bank of the lake, with the twentieth century structure of Dinorwig Power Station overlooking the east bank. The picture is taken from the north of the lake and shows the Pass of Llanberis as a backdrop (and a proud looking goat in the forground).....
