Llyn Trawsfynydd is a 1200 acre stillwater situated on a hill at the head of a glacial valley in the Snowdonia national park. It has established an international reputation for quality fly fishing. Since 1953 anglers have enjoyed fly fishing from boats in secluded bays catching rainbow Trout, Wild Brown Trout as well as perch, rudd, pike and very large eels.
