The Norwegian Church Arts Centre is one of Cardiff's most distinctive buildings. Built originally as a Norwegian Seaman's Church in the heart of Cardiff's docklands, it was reconstructed as a cultural centre in its new location in the heart of Cardiff Bay and reopened in 1992. The centre also hosts a year round programme of exhibitions in the upstairs Gallery and also in the Coffee Shop. .............
