St Marys and St Nicholas Church in Beaumaris is a beautiful old church close to the heart of this mediaeval town. The church was built soon after the castle in the 14th century. It was rebuilt in 1500 and embellished with crenellated parapets. There have been several restorations over the years. Important artifacts include the carved stone coffin of Joan (Siwan) wife of Llywelyn ap Iorwerth Prince of North Wales and Lord of Snowdon.....
