'Lamlash' is approximately 79 ft (23.7 meter) 140 ton ex-Royal Navy Fleet Tender and has been carefully converted to a Diving/Survey/Research/Angling and charter ship. Her guest cabins amount to five, fully carpeted, each one equipped with three single berths, down-draught electric heater and four 13 amp sockets. She operates out of the Menai Straits in North Wales and is available for charter now. Popular destinations available are the Isle of Man, Northern and Southern Ireland. A week-end trip, either fishing or diving around the Isle of Man. A visit to the local public houses in the evening makes this destination an ideal week-end break.
The Owner/Skipper is David Jones, a Qualified Skipper of vessels up to 200 tons and less than 24 meters in length. He is an ex BSAC member, Advanced Diver and, most importantly, owner along with his wife Ruth, of the local free-house, the 'Adelphi Vaults' where the welcome is always friendly and the Stella Lager is always superb!....
