The beach is located on the west coast of Pembrokeshire on the southern edge of St Bride's Bay between Nab Head and Little Haven. The beach faces north west and is sheltered from the prevailing wind. St Brides Beach is popular for swimming, scuba diving, rock pooling, fishing and walking ...as with many Pembrokeshire beaches it is bordered by the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path.
