Tywyn beach in Tywyn, Gwynedd is located on Cardigan Bay between Aber Dysynni in the north and Aberdyfi to the south in West Wales. It is a sand and pebble west facing beach looking out over Cardigan Bay. The beach is popular with swimmers, paddlers, surfers, and windsurfers. Tywyn beach is especialy popular with surfers as the westerly swells bring in the surfable waves. There are a number of walks nearby leading south to Aberdyfi along glorious sandy beaches or inland through the spectacular Dysynni Valley. It is a family friendly beach with facilities including toilets, cafes, and a paddling pool on the promenade. There is a slipway for launching small boats and a first aid post.....
