Whitesand Beach in St David's Bay is located between St David's Head and Point St John near the City of St David's in Pembrokeshire, South West Wales. The fine white sandy beach curves north towards Trwynhwrddyn and on toward the rocky headland of St David's. This westerly facing beach is one of the best surfing beaches in Wales. The beach is also popular for swimming, windsurfing and canoeing, with beach zones for safety. Should you feel energetic after lazing on the beach there are many walks from the beach including the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. Another circular walk takes in St David's Head with the remains of a fort and a burial chamber and returns around Carn Llidi Hill. Facilities include toilets with disabled access, a first aid post, and there is a café and shop near to the beach. A slipway for launching small boats. Surfboards are available to hire on Whitesand Beach in St David's Bay.....
