Llanddona beach is located between Benllech and Penmon on the east coast of Anglesey, North Wales. The long sandy beach is actually the eastern end of Red Wharf Bay. The excellent quality of water (2007) is popular for swimming, paddling, beach combing, windsurfing and plain walking. Being on the route of the Anglesey Coastal Path there are miles of walks available in all directions including short walks to Penmon Priory and Holy Well, and the town of Beaumaris on the Menai Strait.
