Ogmore-by-sea is a popular sandy beach with excellent views out across the Bristol channel to the hills of Exmoor. There are rock pools for the children to explore and nice walks along the coast its also a popular area for sea fishing. Bathing is allowed, but observing the safety notices at the lifeguard station is reccommended. Ogmore-by-Sea is also popular with surfers. The most commonly surfed wave is the one at the river mouth. Parking is available in a Pay and Display Car Park next to the beach and shops are available in the village.

To find Ogmore-by-Sea, follow the B4265 from Bridgend, turn right onto the B4524 and follow this to Ogmore.....
