Rhoscolyn Beach - Borth Wen is located between Rhoscolyn Head and Silver Bay on Holy Island, Anglesey, North Wales. The beach, a sweeping cove of sand backed by dunes, is protected by rocky headlands offering fantastic seaside views. The beach has excellent water quality (2008).
The beach is popular for swimming, rock pooling, scuba diving, surfing, sea canoeing, sailing, and fishing. The beach is accessed by the Anglesey Coastal Path, or, if travelling by car, via a narrow winding lane. Facilities include: Toilets with disabled facilities. A slipway. The beach is cleaned daily by the local authority and there are litter bins. Dogs are allowed. There is free parking for 50 cars. The White Eagle public house is nearby. The pub caters for walkers and serves meals and award-winning ales.....
