Wales News, The Environment
Agency admits mistakes were made during the February 2004 floods in North
Wales :
The Wales Environment Agency
were severely criticised after last months floods, particularly by the people
of Trefriw in the Conwy Valley who suffered badly from the swollen River
Conwy. The agency however after admitting mistakes were made deny that the
system failed, rather that it did not exist in parts, for example Trefriw
was not included in the system.
They aim to improve the system
and include the towns missing from the present system.....???
