These traditional stone farm cottages (Granary ref 27435, Bridle ref 27436 and Oat ref 27437) have been lovingly converted in to stylish, contemporary, semi-detached holiday cottages in a quiet valley close to the tranquil South Cornish Coast. The historic seafaring towns of Looe and Polperro are close by and are a must for all who visit. The cottages are set on a complex of 16 cottages that offer the freedom of 32 acres of unspoilt Cornish countryside for guests to explore and wander at leisure. Kilminorth Woods and Watergate, a tidal river, are also perfect spots for a picnic or walk. The complex has a tennis court and an outdoor heated swimming pool.
There are many excellent beaches close by including Talland, Looe and Seaton. Fowey, the ancient seafaring town once home to Daphne du Maurier, is just a short drive and ferry crossing. Stroll around the quaint lanes and browse the many shops, pubs, cafes and delis. The South West Coastal Path is easily accessed and a walk along it shows the dramatic effect the sea has on this peninsula. Horse riding, surfing, sailing and fishing trips are all available at nearby coastal resorts. Shop1¼ miles, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.
