This large semi-detached three storey property is close to the beach and is situated underneath the famous Harlech Castle. The property is well presented and has the living area on the first floor and on a clear day there are fantastic views of the coastline to the Snowdonia Mountain Range.
There are many things to do in the area including the Royal St David’s Golf Club close by, (the property has a 10% reduction on green fees at the Royal and also at Criccieth Golf Club.)
There are many walks in the area as well as the Ffestiniog Railway which runs through some of the most spectacular scenery in Britain. Porthmadog and the Portmeirion Village where the 1960’s series The Prisoner was filmed is also close by.
