From the village you can enjoy beautiful views of the St David’s Peninsula coastline, the Preseli Mountains and the surrounding rolling countryside. Within a short drive, you can enjoy the many beaches and coves that this stunning coastline has to offer, from Whitesands and Newgale to Abercastle, all perfect for lazing away sunny afternoons building sandcastles and exploring the rock pools. This charming cottage is well equipped and has been very well furnished throughout. Preparing meals in the evening is effortless in the spacious kitchen, with breakfast area, while more formal family meals can be enjoyed in the large living/dining room, enjoying the glow of the wood burner in chillier weather. Within the village, take a short stroll to the café for breakfast or lunch, or try some local produce with a meal at the traditional and welcoming pub on your doorstep. A short drive south brings you to the city of St David’s, with its magnificent cathedral which has been a dominant presence since the 12th century. For the more active, why not try coasteering under strict supervision of Celtic Quest, where you can jump into the ‘Blue Lagoon’. For walkers, the Preseli Mountains make a great day out. The Pembrokeshire coast path is easily accessible and one-way walks can be facilitated using the Strumble Shuttle bus service which passes through the village. Beach 2 miles.
