Constructed in 1850, this detached holiday home is set in the heart of the pretty fishing village of Aberporth. A few minutes’ walk through parkland leads to two wonderful sandy beaches, with rock pools to explore and streams to paddle in. One of the beaches is Blue Flag rated and protected by life guards during the summer, and the other beach allows dog exercising throughout the year. Within 110 yards is a lovely park with children’s playground, football pitch and benches looking out onto the Ceredigion Heritage coast from where dolphins are regularly spotted. The coastal path (which is suitable for wheelchair users along part of its length) passes close by and the village has two pubs, shop, chemist, post office, several restaurants and a weekly farmers market. Shops 10 yards, pub 30 yards.
