Enjoying a glorious, secluded setting 4 miles from the coast on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, these charmingly refurbished, cosily heated holiday cottages (JQK and OTV) have views to the rear over the lovely Conwy Valley. Adjoining each other, they boast their own patios and have shared use of 6-acre grounds, including a licensed Dutch pancake house, water garden centre and coarse ponds. Conwy lies 4 miles away with a majestic castle, and wealth of craft shops, restaurants and inns. Golf (18-hole), sailing and sea angling are available nearby, as well as a sandy beach at Morfa Conwy. Seaside attractions at Llandudno (7 miles), with cabin lift to the summit of Great Orme, tramway, donkey rides on the beach, sports centres, dry-ski slope and toboggan run. Excellent walking, riding and bird-watching locally, salmon fishing on the Conwy and many scenic drives by dramatic mountain passes. Shop ½ mile.
