Set in picturesque countryside within the owners’ grounds, this 17th-century barn has been sympathetically converted, using traditional materials wherever possible and combining 21st-century technology. The holiday cottages benefit from 10 acres of uncultivated flat meadow - a haven for wildlife, especially birds. Dolaucothi Roman gold mines are 3 miles. For walks and cycling Brechfa Forest and The Brecon Beacons, with breathtaking scenery, are within easy reach. Llandeilo with its unusual galleries and boutiques can be visited. Within a reasonable drive are Aberglasney Gardens with its Ninfarium, The National Botanical Gardens of Wales, and Cardigan Bay, where bottlenosed dolphins can sometimes be seen. Shops and pub 1 mile.
