These beautiful holiday properties have been completely renovated to a high standard with contemporary furnishings. Located in a quiet corner of Anglesey, guests will enjoy uninterrupted views of the Snowdonia National Park. In Clynnog House (ref OE3), the spacious kitchen/dining area with its vaulted ceiling, has bi-folding doors that completely open up the room onto the delightful garden and courtyard. The relaxing living room has a modern wood-burning stove, ideal for cosy evenings with friends and a glass or two of wine. An interesting feature of this property is that two of the bedrooms have roll-top baths in the bedroom. One of these is of double height with oak lined beams. Clynnog Cottage (ref OE4) is a single storey cottage with an extremely generous open plan living area which also has a wood-burning stove.
Close to Newborough Forest and its award winning beautiful beach, there are miles of woodland pathways to explore. Accessed from this beach, Llandwyn Island, reputedly the home of the Saint of Welsh lovers, is just the perfect place for a picnic, with its quiet secluded coves. Those luck enough may spot the wild horses that inhabit the island. With 125 miles of stunning coastline on the island, it makes an ideal place for walkers and birdwatchers, and the RSPB nature reserve is a short drive away. There is also plenty to occupy the family such as the nearby Foel Farm Park and Anglesey Sea Zoo in Brynsiencyn. Plas Newydd (NT), home of Lady Anglesey, is also nearby, and Beaumaris with its mighty Edward 1 castle, gaol and courthouse is well worth a visit. The Welsh Mountain Zoo makes another family day out, and the Snowdonia National Park, Caernarfon, Llanberis, Beddgelert and Betws-y-Coed are all a short hop back onto the mainland. Anglesey has numerous beautiful sandy beaches including Red Wharf and Benllech Bays, and Trearddur Bay has numerous beaches and sandy coves to explore. Shop and pub 1 mile.
