There are many activities to be enjoyed in this area, including fishing, swimming, boating, wind-surfing, tennis, bowling (indoor and outdoor) and golf. Ideal for bird-watchers, red kites are frequently spotted here and there is a feeding station at Rhayader, 12miles away.
