It enjoys views over Y Ro Wen mountain and has a south facing patio and garden. There are walks from the doorstep, including one to the hidden Cwm Penamnen Valley and also to Dolwyddelan Castle. Dolwyddelan is between Betws-y-Coed and Blaenau Ffestiniog, home to the Ffestiniog Steam Railway and the Llechwedd Slate Caverns. Porthmadog, Black Rock Sands and Harlech are a 30-minute drive.
