Situated in the peaceful village of Penmachno, it is a stone’s throw from the village pub. This property is ideal for walkers with walks from the door and the Marin Bike Trail is nearby. A short distance away is the small National Trust property of Ty Mawr Wybrnant, whilst the bustling village of Betws-y-Coed, the Gateway to Snowdonia, is just four miles away. Shop 4 miles, pub 50 yards, restaurant 2 miles.
Ground floor: Living room. Dining room/kitchen with tiled floor. Steep, narrow, open-tread, spiral stairs to first floor: 2 double bedrooms. Bathroom with toilet.
