A short walk away is the delightful Blue Flag sandy beach at Porth Dafarch - with 125 miles of coastline on Anglesey you are never far from a beach. It is also well placed for visiting the RSPB reserve at South Stack, or taking a day trip on the ferries over to Ireland. Visit the unfinished castle at Beaumaris, stately Plas Newydd (NT), home of the Marquess of Anglesey. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
