This single storey, well presented and fully equipped detached cottage has been furnished to offer very good holiday accommodation. It is approached by a rough track and is situated within the grounds of a 35-acre working farm which has horses, sheep, geese and chickens. It is approximately a 2-minute drive down the lane and is situated close to Tenby and only 5 miles from the coast. The land is bordered by a stream and there is plenty of space to roam. Guests visiting during lambing season (usually four weeks in March) will be able to watch the lambs being born. Facilities for guests’ horses by arrangement with owner. Llyn Carfen coarse fishery is within walking distance. Shops 3 miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
All on ground floor: Living room with French doors and wooden floor. Dining room with sofa bed/kitchen with wooden floor. 3 bedrooms: 2 double, one (6ft) zip and link, can be twin, one with en-suite shower room and toilet, 1 twin. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.
