Located within Snowdonia National Park
This Grade II listed building built circa 1690s was the birthplace of one of Wales’ most prominent Methodist preachers, John Jones Talysarn. The holiday property boasts slate and wooden floors, wood panelled living room and large kitchen as well as three good size bedrooms. The house sits at the foot of Moel Siabod Mountain and Snowdonia National Park. Opposite is Llywelyn the Great’s Castle built between 1210-1240. There are many mountain walks passing close to the property and guided walks are available. This is also an ideal place from which to start exploring the National Park. As well as walking there is also mountaineering, cycling, climbing, kayaking, bird watching and several golf courses all available locally. Shop, pub and restaurant 1/2 mile.
