This traditional, stone-built end terrace cottage enjoys an elevated position and spectacular views of the surrounding landscape. Tastefully renovated to provide light and airy accommodation, the cottage has been decorated in a contemporary style to seamlessly blend traditional features with modern convenience. The sitting room has a wood-burning stove to provide a cosy warmth that permeates the entire house and the living area, main bedroom and front decked area provide excellent views across the Welsh countryside. With plenty of scenic walks and the Victorian splendour of Llandudno’s seaside attractions close by, this cottage makes a perfect base for a family holiday. NOTE: Up until 30th Oct 2010 this property accepts one well behaved pet. From 30th Oct 2010 this is a no pet property.
Llandudno is one of the best known of North Wales’ coastal resorts and offers visitors a traditional seaside holiday destination. The town lies between two headlands the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts that give this resort its special appeal. There are two superb beaches in the town – the North Shore has a wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels. The quieter West Shore has miles of sandy shoreline backed by towering sand dunes and a magnificent view towards Anglesey. For the best views, visitors can ride the Great Orme Tramway to the summit of the 679 feet high Great Orme or take an exciting cable car ride of just over a mile. With an excellent selection of shops, restaurants, pubs and cafés, Llandudno has all the amenities visitors will need. Just four miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls.
