This detached farmhouse on a 100 acre working sheep and cattle farm is a 19th Century property just a five minute walk from the beautiful coastline of the Cefni Estuary. There are two living rooms, allowing parties of two families the chance to enjoy their own space, as well as a garden with barbecue and patio area – perfect for long days in the sunshine reading a good book, or al fresco dining. The local area is full of fun activities and local amenities, available throughout the year.
Set in the south west corner of Anglesey, the small village of Malltraeth is situated at the head of the long inlet formed by the Cefni Estuary and close to the popular Newborough Forest. This charming little settlement is also within easy reach of the Warren sand dunes and the Malltraeth Pool, stretching down the National Nature Reserve at Llanddwyn Island. Renowned for its bird life, the area was once home to the famous wildlife artist Charles F Tunnicliffe. Visitors can also enjoy the wonderful forest and coastal walks from the village or dinner from the two pubs and chip shop – which also sells basic items and newspapers. The beaches at Llanddwyn, Aberffraw, and Rhosneigr are all within easy distance and offer great water sports facilities throughout the year.
