The Bryn Holcombe Bed & Breakfast is located in an ideal position for touring Snowdonia National Park. All nine bedrooms are fully en-suite & non smoking. Prices include 'Full Cooked Welsh Breakfast' plus toast, preserves, coffee and tea and is preceeded by a selection from our Buffet of Fresh fruit, cereal, juices and yoghurt. All rooms are non smoking and have central heating, colour TVs and courtesy trays for your comfort. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard, and we can offer double, twin, single and a superior double. No bedrooms are above the first floor, and we have a full fire certificate for your safety.

Close by are the world heritage site of Conwy Castle and medieval walled town, Plas Mawr the Elizabethan manor house, the world famous Bodnant Gardens, Llandudno and the Great Orme nature reserve, the Welsh Mountain Zoo, miles of sandy beaches, several golf courses, horse riding, and many more attractions. There are beautiful country, and coastal walks either close to Colwyn Bay or for the more energetic the hills, valleys, lakes, and mountains of Snowdonia.

	Superior Double  (Ensuite - Breakfast Included)
	Our Superior Double Bedroom is a large front facing bedroom with bay windows, combined with a large bathroom. The bedroom contains a king-size bed, 32-inch (81 cm) flat-screen TV, with Freesat channels and radio clock. The large bathroom contains both original and reproduction features including traditional Lion’s claw foot tub crafted of cast iron, a separate tiled shower enclosure, and original Edwardian fire surround. All bedrooms have courtesy trays with tea coffee and biscuits for your comfort, and all bedrooms have iron and ironing board, hair dryer and clock radio. Finding Us - View Map
By Train: If travelling by train.....Leave the train at 'Colwyn Bay' station NOT Conwy. There is a taxi rank outside the station for the half mile journey to the Hotel. By Car: If travelling West on A55 expressway (from Chester/England) carry on past first exit to Colwyn Bay town centre for half a mile to second exit at Junction 20 (sign says Rhos on Sea). Turn right at traffic lights, travel 50 yards then right at next traffic lights. Travel 50 yards past shops and then first left.Continue as far as Kings Road/Lansdowne Road junction, (200 yards) by the church, then left and left again. We are half way down the street on the right. If travelling East on A55 expressway ( from Ireland/ Caernarfon) carry on past Conwy for 4 miles and exit at second slip road (sign says Rhos on Sea) then turn right at traffic lights at the end of the slip road. Continue 100 yards to roundabout. Turn left at roundabout and proceed 200 yards and then turn first right. Travel 200 yards to the Kings Road/Lansdowne Road junction (by the church) then left and left again. We are half way down the street on the right. If travelling down the Conwy valley ( from mid/South Wales) on the A470 turn on to the A55 expressway at Glan Conwy corner to travel east for 3 miles. Exit expressway at first exit (sign says Rhos on Sea) then turn right at traffic lights. Continue 100 yards to roundabout. Turn left at roundabout and first right. Travel 200 yards to the Kings Road/Lansdowne Road junction (by the church) then left and left again. We are half way down the street. It sounds more complicated than it is! We are only a few minutes from the A55 expressway (in a quiet residential street). We are a short (half mile) taxi ride from Colwyn Bay railway station, and just minutes away from the main coastal bus route.

Cancellation Policy: There will be no charge if notice of cancellation is received at least 2 days prior to the date of the booking. A credit card is required as a guarantee. If the booking is not cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period, your credit cards will be charged with the full amount of the booking.
