A spacious 1 bed flat on the picturesque harbour with extensive views over the estuary towards Portmerion and the Snowdonian mts. Located on the western side of the harbour the flat is secluded and yet all the amenities of the town are within a 5 min walk. A short walk in the other direction takes you to Borth y Gest and its sheltered sandy coves and beaches.
The well appointed lounge/diner has a french window that opens onto a patio area on the old wharf where you can watch the comings and goings in the harbour or simply gaze upwards to the mountains.
There is a well equipped kitchen with ample working areas. The bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage in the fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has been recently refitted with shower, toilet and basin.
Heating is provided by electric radiators.

Stroll around the harbour to the station for the historic, Ffestiniog Steam Railway. The journey offers unrivalled views of the coast and Snowdonia mountains as it climbs up to Blaenau Ffestiniog. Break your trip halfway at Tan-y-Bwlch where there are refreshments and a nature trail leading to a delightful lake and return by a later train. Walking the other way from the flat takes you along the estuary to the unspoilt seaside village of Borth y Gest with its sandy beaches & coves. [
Continuing along this coastal walk brings you to Black Rock Sands and for the more enegetic, Criccieth and its castle above the town beach. All the time there are extensive views across Cardigan Bay towards Harlech and Shell Island against the magnificent backdrop of the hills and peaks of Snowdonia.
A short drive away are the world famous village & gardens of Portmerion; Glaslyn Osprey Centre; Harlech & Caernarvon Castles. Beddgelert in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park offers a wide range of outdoor activities is 15 minutes away. The drive to Llanberis where you can take the unique Snowdon Mountain Railway is another 15 minutes through some of the most spectacular scenery in Britain.
Going west are the beautiful unspoilt beaches & coves of the Lleyn Peninsular, the marina at Pwllheli, the unique Ty Coch pub at Porth Dinllaen, Plas Glyn y Weddw - the outstanding gallery/cafe above the beach at Llanbedrog.
