Pentwyn is located in the suburbs of Cardiff, South Wales. The M4 road passes 2.5km north of Pentwyn, with easy access to Port Talbot in the west and Newport and Bristol in the east. The Cardiff Golf Club lies 1.5km west of the village centre, whilst the Cefn Onn Country Park can be found some 4km north west of Pentwyn. The city centre is some 8km south of Pentwyn with all the attractions including Cardiff Castle, the Victorian Arcades, Millenium Theatre, Millenium Stadium, and the vibrant Cardiff Bay Waterfront.
