Bull Bay Golf Club
Bull Bay Road, Amlwch, Anglesey
Golf is a challenge to your skill, stamina and temperament and all three will be tested before you reach the eighteenth green at Bull Bay Golf Club. Every hole at this North Wales club has its individual appeal, the flat, the hilly , the dog-leg and the blind approach to the green, but each one is fair and well within the grasp of the average golfer. The course at Bull Bay is known simply as "nature's gift to golfers" and offers views of some of the best scenery in the country - from the wide serve of the bay to the Irish Sea and the Isle of Man (on a clear day!), to the mountains of Snowdonia across the green fields of Anglesey. Golfers of all abilities are guaranteed to receive value-for-money at Bull Bay. This headland course which sits high above the Irish Sea, enjoying spectacular views on a clear day to the Isle of Man and the far away Cumberland hills. The holes run up, down and across a sloping headland which boasts little in the way of vegetation save for the odd patch of gorse. This is a genuine hidden gem of a course, well worth seeking out as much for its setting as its challenge. There is nothing pretentious about Bull Bay........................

Baron Hill Golf Club
Beaumaris, Anglesey
Baron Hill Golf Club is situated above the Historic Town of Beaumaris and from its elevated position it boasts some of the most breathtaking panoramic views across the Menai Straits to the Snowdonia National Park on one side and the coastal shoreline of South East Anglesey on another. This mature Course was designed in the late 1880s by Sir Richard William Bulkeley and measures a deceptive 5.596 Yards in length and is created on mature heathland. The Par 68 Course threads it s way cunningly through natural hazards, a river defends four of the holes as it meanders down to the Menai Straits. Baron Hill is free of Bunkers and we are sure once you have played it you will be glad of this bearing in mind each hole is carefully defended by natural hazards such as oak and ash trees, elevated greens and of course the odd gorse bush! Baron Hill is a thinking golfers course where every club in the bag will be required to breach its defences and the watch word is very much Course Management.........

Anglesey Golf Club
Rhosneigr, Anglesey
An interesting 18 holes links course (6330 yds, SSS 71), set amongst sand dunes and heathland in the popular resort of Rhosneigr, Anglesey, North Wales. It is renowned for its excellent greens and numerous streams. The whole course boasts an abundance of wildlife and is an important conservation area, an ideal location for a golf holiday. This golf course is used for North Wales county championship matches and because of its even nature, it is a fair test for golfers of all abilities.

Holyhead Golf Club
Lon Carreg Fawr, Trearddur Bay, Anglesey
Located on the North West Tip of the Island of Anglesey in North Wales. Travelling from the mainland on the A55, to the Isle of Anglesey. Stay on the A55 Express Way to Holyhead a distance of aprrox. 24 miles. Each hole offers a different challenge, from the short 2nd, often described as a hole worthy of any true championship course, when real accuracy is required through to the elevated 10th which offers a 360 degree panoramic view over Snowdonia and the Lleyn Peninsula, each hole genuinely gives the golfer something different to think about. The greens have a reputation of being the best in North Wales. Whilst the course looks at its most spectacular in the Spring, it is pleasing all the year round, set as it is, in a very beautiful part of North Wales. A winter golf holiday is always available as the climate very rarely causes closure of the course, with play from separate Winter tees to the normal greens - the challenge is very different..........

Storws Wen Golf Club
