Castle Hotel history, Harlech.

I am trying to find info on the Castle Hotel in Harlech from around 1920. My cousin in Portmadoc says it is now Welsh Tourist Board and a tea room. We think our grandparents, James and Margaret Stokes managed the hotel then and hope there maybe old staff records somewhere. Our grandfather left and we have not been able to trace him since.
